A 60-story multi-purpose tower will be built in the complex, including 400 long-term rental apartments following an apartment-for-rent model, as well as 350 units for student housing, public spaces, and commercial space. Two additional 50-story high office and commercial towers will be built, along with an additional 8-story building.
