This 17-story office tower sits atop a showroom and commercial space, as well as three levels of underground parking.  Yigal Alon Street has undergone a significant facelift in recent years, and currently enjoys high occupancy rates in the office towers in the area. In the coming years, this area will become a key center of employment in Tel Aviv, due in large part to its access to main thoroughfares and train stations.
