This Urban Renewal project – the first of its kind in Beer Sheva – includes about 950 new residential units. The project combines residential, office, and commercial spaces with high-quality finishes. It is located on a main thoroughfare (Rager Blvd.) between the Soroka Medical Center and Ben Gurion University.
