This project was built on the corner of Ben Gurion St. and Abba Hillel Street, on the border between Ramat Gan and Bnei Brak. It includes two office towers – one 25 stories high and one 35 stories high – atop a commercial level and underground parking. The project was handed over for occupancy in 2005, and it left its mark on the complex, paving the way for additional office towers in BBC, Bnei Brak’s new business complex, including B.S.R. Towers 3 and 4.
