This project includes two office towers, each 40 stories high, with 200,000 square meters of office and commercial space along with underground parking. This project was built in a 50-50 partnership with the Migdal and Harel insurance companies. Successful occupancy occurred in 2018, and it is considered the most sought-after project in the area.
